What is the max amount of sonance speakers that you’re able to connect to the amp?

Sonos Amp can connect to up to four, 8 ohm speakers at one time. If you are connecting the Sonos by Sonance speaker line to the Sonos Amp, you can connect up to six speakers. The Sonos by Sonance speaker line up has specific features that allows six identical models (in-ceiling, in-wall, outdoor) to a single Amp. This feature is only available with this line of speakers.

Can I add an external sub to the ARC other than a Sonos? I have a 10" Klipsch sub that I would like to use...is that possible?

Hello! Thank you for your question. Sonos Arc does not have a wired subwoofer out, therefore cannot be connected wired to a third-party subwoofer. Sonos Arc can connect wirelessly to the Sonos Sub.

The specs say there are 2 speakers, 1 Tweeter, and 1 Woofer. Are the Tweeter and Woofer the 2 speakers? Or are they in addition to the 2 speakers? I am a rookie, please explain.

Hi, thank you for your question! There are two powered drivers (or speakers) in the Sonos Move. A tweeter and a long throw mid woofer. The mid woofer is a mid range speaker that's designed to also hit lower frequencies of sub woofer. So 2 total speakers making sounds. We hope this helps!

I currently use sonos sound bar and sub for my tv set up. Can I hook up the ceiling speakers to the existing system via bluetooth? Can the sonos amp be connected so that it is all in one system?

Hi, and thank you for your questions. Only our portable products have bluetooth. You can use the the Amp as rears with in ceiling speakers to work with your home theater set up.

I housed my AMP in an open media shelf connected to a surge protector. It worked fine for a year but all of a sudden won't turn on. It's now out of warranty by 1 month and I have to get a new amp? So frustrated and very nervous to buy Sonos again.
