When using Alexa to ask it to play on a Sonos speaker or group, I often get an error. If I then go into the Sonos app and “end session” on the group, The Alexa command works again. Will using a Sonos Boost solve this problem?

will this speaker work with the beam sonos soundbar so that i could here what they are actually saying on some shows. right now with the soundbar i have to turn tv up real loud (too loud) to actujally here talking clear...
Hi and thank you for your question. If you have the Sonos Beam, we have a feature in the app called speech enhancement and it's incredibly easy to use. On the main screen of the Beam, you'll see a little button that looks like a speech box to the left of the volume slider. Press that and it will turn on the speech enhance feature. This will turn up just the center sounds where the dialog is coming from. So you can hear dialog better without having to turn up the whole volume. However, the answer to your question is also "Yes". You can group Roam with Beam to play the same thing.

I just bought a 5 and would like to add a few 1's gen 2 to other areas of the house, Can I pair these up and how's the sound quality of the 1 gen 2 compared to the 5? The 5 is awesome!
Yes! You can have up to 32 of our products all playing the same thing at the same time or different things in different rooms. The One is designed to give you crystal clear sound in places where you don't have space to put a 5. It's great for background music and casual listening. It has 2 speakers compared to the Five's 6 speakers so you'll notice a loudness difference. However, you'll be impressed by how clear, and loud the One is for it's size. It also had really impressive bass for the size that it is too. We think you'll like it a lot. But we're a little biased.
