I have the Move for about a week and it is hooked up to Alexa. When Alexa is playing a song on the Move device and I ask Alexa who the artist is Alexa gives me the incorrect artist. This only happens with the Move device. Any ideas?

If you're asking if our Sub is compatible with another soundbar, no it's not.

Once the rechargeable battery wears out and fails, will the Sonos Move still work when plugged in? Or will it not work at all until I buy the replacement battery kit?

Hi, and thank you for your question. If you're battery runs out, it must be charged with the cradle that it comes with. It cannot be charged via usb-c until there is a little bit of a battery charge.

The Beam can connect to S1 if needed however, we highly recommend upgrading to S2 if possible.

How long is ark sound bar? How does it attach to the wall under tv? Does it have to have power source attached to back of soundbar?

Arc is 45 inches long. You can use our wall mount, or a third party wall mount, and it has a power cable from the player that plugs into the power outlet on your wall.

Can I use this with only my phone? using spotify/youtube through bluetooth on my phone?

Hi, and thanks for your question. You sure can. There's a button on the back that toggles wifi and bluetooth. It must be set up on wifi first to ensure the proper updates, then you can bluetooth when you want.

Can I add my Reference speakers to the ARC? What is required , an amplifier with optical or HDMI to the ARC?

If you would like to use them as rears, then yes. All you need is Amp. However, if you're looking to use them as extra "front channels" then no.

Can I use just one FIVE in the rear with the ARC and GEN 3 sub instead of two ONE SL's? Basically I only have one space in the rear that would look decent to have a speaker sitting there and its big enough to accommodate a FIVE. ARC, SUB, FIVE surround?

Hi, and thank you for your question. Unfortunately no. Possibly consider our mounting/stand options for the One SL. That way, you don't need table/desk space to put a speaker.
