how do I connect a turntable or allow a turntable to use the speaker. I have a Sony str dn1030 amplifier but I don't want to use this on my tv...only want to connect my turntable and allow the Sonos speakers to be the sound.

Hi, and thank you for reaching out with a question. You would need the Sonos Port to do this. You can plug your turntable into the back of it and play music through your Sonos speakers. I'm running wire to two outdoor sonance speakers to the Amp. What kind of sub will connect to the Amp or can I get any that will connect to my existing sonos.

Hi, and thank you for your question. You can use our sub wirelessly or another companie's subwoofer via the sub port on the the back of Amp! So if you'd like an outdoor sub, you can do that.

Hi, and thank you for your questions! It does not come with a wall mount, but Flexon and Sanus both make great mounts that are both sold on Best Buy. The power cable is 5ft long.

I'm told these speakers will not work as rear speakers in a home theater experience while watching movies. I currently have the Arc plus the sub and was hoping to add the amp + ceiling speakers ? Instead, play ones are recommended. Is this true?

Hi, and thank you for your question. This is not true. With the Sonos Amp you can use any speakers you'd like as surrounds. So yes, you can use these as surrounds with Amp.

If you're using the Amp wirelessly with Arc as surrounds then we recommend keeping the amp within 20-30ft of the Arc. This is because of the range limitations of 5ghz frequency on your network.

If you can't keep it within 20-30ft for wireless and need to hardwire. Don't just hardwire the Amp into your network. Hardwire the Amp, Arc, and Sub. Feel free to reach out to use at sonos.com/support with any other questions. We'd be happy to help!

Yes it is! It's compatible with any tv that has eARC, ARC, or Optical port on the back.

I am considering the purchase of the Sonos Beam Soundbar vs. the Sonos Arc with Dolby Atmos. The price difference is double. Can you explain why the $400 increase for the Arc?

Arc is our premium soundbar for epic home theater experiences. 11 speakers and amplifiers with discrete surround sound speakers and top firing speaker for Dolby Atmos*. It's much larger and usually paired with larger tvs (55" and up)

Beam is the sounbar for people who want great sound out of their tv, but don't want a large soundbar taking up space in their room. Perfect for tvs 50" and smaller, secondary tv's like a master bedroom or den tv. It has 5 speakers with 5 amps.

Both have mics built in for voice assistant if you want it.

Can I use these speakers directly with my iPhone via bluetooth, or can they only be used with a streaming service such as SiriusXM?

Hi, and thank you for your questions. No, the only product with Bluetooth is the Move. Our products are designed to work on wifi.

The answer to your SiriusXM question is yes! As long as you pay for the internet streaming version of it, you can sign into your account in our app and listen at home.
