If I connect this amp to my outside patio speakers and leave the amp indoors and connected to my router via an ethernet cable, will I be able to control the amp thru my iphone while outside? Will I be able to change the volume from outside also?

Will this sound bar work w/my tv that only has: HDMI Input (#1, #2, #3 ) & Digital Audio Output (1 jack) & Audio Output (only says "audio output" - no numbers) & Audio Output "Left" & "Right"? If so which connection(s) do I use & are cables included?

One of those HDMI ports may be a ARC. Check your tv's manual or audio settings.

You can also use optical using the included adapter to go optical from the included hdmi cable into the Beam.

No, it is designed for music. For Tv, you would first need Beam, Arc, or Amp.

What TV takes full advantage of all the features of the Arc? Without breaking the bank?

Hi, and thank you for this question. We are unable to answer this fully because we aren't able to recommend a specific tv or brand. However, any TV with HDMI eArc can take full advantage of the Arc. Make sure that the tv is putting out the appropriate audio codec. Also you'll want to make sure that the content you're watching is mixed in the appropriate audio formats and the device you use to stream or watch blue rays passes the audio codecs you need as well to take full advantage.

I have 10 year old Panasonic plasma tv that has hdmi but the LG sound bar I just bought requires optical. Will this adapter work in this application?

It's actually designed to work the other way around, but it may work as it's just an audio signal and there really isn't any "directional" information being sent. We can't guarantee it though as that's not technically what it was designed for.

I have a Vanyko v620 projector, & aSamsung sound bar that only takes optical cord. Will this help connect to it?

This adapter is designed to run from an optical port to female HDMI so you can then run an HDMI cord where it needs to go. It sounds like you're trying to do the reverse of that? Theoretically it should work as it's just an audio signal. However, we can't guarantee it as that's not what it's designed for per say.

Can I hook my older Harmon kardon sub up to this for tv viewing along with streaming music?

Will this work to transmit from my Crosley - Ridgemont Bluetooth Stereo Audio System to my sonos speakers and if so would it connect from the RCA line out from the Crosley to the Port?

Hi, and thank you for reaching out with a question. The Port would could do both input and output but not at the same time.

You could run from this via RCA to the analog in on the Port and play music to other Sonos speakers by grouping them together.

You could plug Port into it via Port's analog or digital out and play your music via Sonos to your Crosley system. (This would be ideal for music quality as you'd be steaming via wifi instead of bluetooth)

I recently purchased a Sonos Move and then a One SL and am now considering another One for another room. If a buy a One (Gen 2) Smart Speaker with Voice Control (VC), will I be able to sync it up with the others and extend the VC to the other speakers?

Hi, and thank you for your question. The answer is sort of!

You can control the Move and One SL using your voice assistant in the One. However you won't be able to now talk to those rooms because those speakers need mics. So for example:
You can tell the Sonos One to skip track in another room or play music in another room. But that doesn't mean you can now talk directly to One SL. Also, worth noting the Move does have mics built in for voice assistance as well.

If you'd like to pair your One SL with a voice assistant, you can buy a small voice product like an amazon dot, or google home mini and that can be used to control any of our products that don't have voice built in as well.
