Does this work with Google Home - can I tell my nest device to play music on this sonos beam?

Hi, and thank you for you question. Our products do integrate with Google Assistant. So, any command you give Sonos that is being controlled by Google Assistant should work. Beam has microphones built in which can be linked with GA and you can talk to the Beam and give it voice commands for your smart home.

I have a 4K Samsung TV. I have a soundbar connected to the optical connection on the tv. The product TV Ears technical support told me that I would need to buy a "optical splitter" since my Comcast Receiver does not have an optical input. Will this work

Hi, and thank you for your question. This product is designed to run from your Tv's optical port as an "out" to a Sonos home theater product. If you're trying run your cable box directly into your Sonos home theater products, it may work. However, we can't guarantee it will work outside of it's intended purpose.

I want to purchase these for my outside patio is it waterproof

Hi, and thank you for reaching out! The Sonos Ones are not waterproof. If you're looking for a permanent solution outside, we would recommend a pair of outdoor speakers powered by the Sonos Amp. We also have the Sonos Move as a portable, weather resistant option.

I used to be able to play my iPhone music library on the Sonos sound bar. The update took away that feature. We were thinking of purchasing the arc that I might be able to play my iPhone music library on it. Can I play my iPhone music in the arc?

What do you mean by One SL Wireless Smart Speaker - Black (2 pack) which comes in the combo deal? Is it one satellite unit or two?

I have Sonos amp new one and that is plugged into arc hdmi 2 so how would I add the beam to the rest of the system can it pick it up threw WiFi on my Sonos app and add it that way

Hi, and thank you for reaching out. In your particular scenario, Beam would take the place of your Amp that's plugged into the TV. The Amp could then be used as rears with a pair of passive speakers of your choice and would not need to be plugged into the TV, or used in another room. Beam supports 3.0 audio, so it would plug into the TV and be the front 3 channels of your home theater system.
Yes, set up of all of our products is done on wifi through the Sonos app.

Will the arc work with the Dolby atoms through the HDMI ARC or does it have to be hooked through a HDMI eArc? That makes a difference in spending for this model,

Hello! Great question! You can receive Dolby Digital + which is a compressed version of Dolby Atmos through ARC. You'll see this becoming more popular with streaming services like Netflix, and HBO. To receive a full, Dolby Atmos experience, you'll need to use eARC.
