I have Sonos thru out my home and when my mobile device is not connected to WiFi, I cannot control any of these speakers. So, I was thinking of buying one of these to be on the “Move” ie: on a boat or at the beach. Will it work away from WiFi?

Hi! Thank you very much for reaching out with a question! Yes! This is exactly what Move is for. You can use it at home on your wifi, and then switch it to bluetooth when you're away from the home, and not on wifi. There's a physical button on the back to switch from wifi to bluetooth and back. Note that it does have to be set up on wifi first before bluetooth can be activated.

New to Sonos. Can the songs 5 be used in one location and a songs 1 in another off the same app? Can both be wall mounted?

Hello, and welcome to the band! Great question. Yes, you can have up to 32 Sonos speakers on your wifi. All playing the same thing, or different things in different room. You have complete control over that experience! Yes, both can be wall mounted. You can find mounts by searching "sonos five mount" on Best Buy's website!

If I am watching a blu ray disc that only supports DTS audio, how am I supposed to hear anything if I'm using the Sonos ARC?

Hi, and thank you for your question. The Sonos Arc does not support DTS. You would get a 5.1 signal from that movie as long as 5.1 is supported.

Hi! Is the primary method for charging this via electricity/plugged in, with USB as a secondary option? If so, then can the device also be plugged in on European current/voltage? Or only with US current/voltage? Thanks!

Hi, and thank you for your question. The primary way to charge Move is with the included charging dock, which can be plugged in and use European voltage. The Move is sold in Europe if you'd like the charger to have the proper plug. If you buy it from the US, you would need an adapter for you wall outlet.

Can I switch the sound output between TV and the soundbar once it's fully setup?

I just bought a new house and I have 8 kplisch speakers throughout the house. 2 in the kitchen, 2 in the main room, 2 on the porch and 2 in the bathroom. What kind of amp do I need? Can I do Sonos? Do i need to buy extra cords?

Hello, and thank you very much for your questions! You can use our Amp to power them. You would need to run one Sonos Amp for each set of speakers if you'd like them to be able to play different things from each other. If you don't mind a certain group always playing the same audio, you may be able to run up to 2 pairs on one Sonos Amp, but the depends on the impedance of the speakers. You may possibly need speaker wire, however, the previous owner of the home probably left the speaker wire however, it's worth taking a look to see.
