Rechargable batteries for Nikon
What type of charger and batteries can I get for a Nikon Coolpix L100?
The L100 uses AA and rechargeable AA batteries.
Rechargeable Ni-MH Batteries EN-MH2-B4 and Battery Charger MH-73
(Scheduled release date: Summer,2009)

What type of lens filters should I buy for my Canon Rebel SLR?
There are many kinds of filters for lenses. The two most common are:
UV Filter- Used mostly for protection of the glass from elements. It is a good idea to get one for each of your lenses and leave them on all the time.
Circular Polarizer- A special filter that rotates and changes the polarity of the light as it enters the lens. This helps filter and align the light waves making the colors POP and brighten. Used correctly it can also remove glare and reflections off glass and water. This filter does not need to be on the lens at all times.
All lenses have different size filters. Check on the inner edge for a ## with a circle and a / through it. This is the filter size. Common sizes are 52, 55, 58 and 62.

Camcorder to mac computer need adaptor
I have been looking for several months online for a cable to plug my sony Hi 8 camcorder to my macbook computer. Been searching way to long please help,just want old film to burn on a disc to enjoy memories. Thank you ahead of time.
The Hi-8 camcorder is an analog not digital device. The only way to get footage directly off the camera is with a DV Bridge such as the Dazzle from Pinnacle.
This device connects to your computer and then to your camcorder using the A/V (Audio Video) cable that came with your camcorder.
If you no longer have these cables your should be able to find replacement ones at your nearest BestBuy.

I have an older Sony Cybershot DSC-f707 I don't know what memory card to buy?
My Sony LCD flat screen takes that card also.
The Sony Cybershot DSC-f707 uses the original Sony Memory Stick...not Duo or Pro.
This memory can be a little tricky to find and the size will probably be small verses cost of memory.
This might be a good time to consider upgrading to a newer camera.

Can you fix camera lenses?
I recently dropped my Canon Powershot SD750 accidently with the lenses outside. Everytime I try to turn it off, I will hear a beep and the LCD light will go on and off. The screen will say "Lens Error, Restart Camera." Everytime I restart, this happens. So now, the lenses are going back in!
It would be best to take it to your nearest BestBuy and have the Geek Squad take a look. They can advice you on what can be done.

Canon DSLR lense compatability
I have Canon 7D and wonder if the other canon lenses for DSLR will be compatible with it? Can 18-55 which comes normally with Rebel be used with 7D?
The lens should work fine considering the sensor is a APS-C size. It can use Canon EF lenses including EF-S lenses (35mm-equivalent focal length is approx. 1.6x the lens focal length)

I bought a Sony digital camera from Best Buy and I have lost the camera battery charger for the battery with the model number NP-BG1, I was wondering if you guys sold any chargers?

What is the latest on Mac Compatible Camcorders?
Most questions are at least 6 months old on this topic. What standard definition camcorders are compatible with Macs without additional software for conversion? From what I can tell in older postings on the web, Sony is bad and Cannon is Mac friendly. Thanks!
Camcorders that have a Firewire connection will probably have the best success in compatibility. USB camcorders seem mostly geared toward PC connectivity.

Nikon D200 or D80 ?
Which camera will take better indoor action pictures with not so good lighting ?
Any camera will do better in low light with a faster lens, say a f/1.4 to 1.7.
Between these two cameras the D200 has many more features and will give you better pictures over all...but it is the lens that will help in low light conditions.
Plus, when it comes to shooting action pictures a fast frame rate is a major help. The D80 is only a 3fps (Frames Per Second) and the D200 is a whooping 5fps.
