I"m a realtor and have to take alot of photos of the inside of homes. I have a Canon D40. What lense would be best for me to use?

A wide angle or just add a wide angle adapter to one of your existing lenses.
Avoid a Fisheye wide angle lens. It would add too much curvature to the photo.

Which types/brands of digital frames support memory stick duo cards? My boyfriend has a Sony Cybershot and would like to get a compatible frame.

Most any of the frames that have a card reader built in should support the memory stick duo. Some might need a adapter (usually not included).

Why does my NikoncoolpixL100 make blurry pictures

There can be any number of reasons why you might be getting blurry pictures. The most common could be:
Smudges of fingerprints on the lens.
ISO settings and/or shutter speed too slow for lighting conditions.
Auto Focus point has been moved to other location. (See Manual about Focus Point Setting)

Check these before taking it in to be serviced.

Where do I get a replacement power supply

I have an Insignia NS-DPF7WA-09 that I received as a Christmas Gift last year. My power supply (5V DC/2A) is no where to be found. Can I purchase a replacement plug-in and if so, how expensive are they?
Check with you local BestBuy for a replacement Power Supply or a universal power supply.

What is the difference in a regular autofocus lens and a USM autofocus lens?

USM (Ultra Sonic Motor) is a motor system designed by Canon for lenses. It is quieter and smoother than standard motor systems. USM lenses are typically faster on the focus too.

what lense is good for the Nikon d80 besides the one it comes with.

The 18-135mm lens that came with the camera is a good all around lens. It is good for general shooting, portraits and when you are faily close to your subject.
A nice addition to that would be a 75-300mm lens for close up shots from longer distances from your subject.
