Handy little vacuum with some great features

I have been using the Shark Wandvac for a couple of weeks now. Here are my impressions. First, the instructions are clear and setup is quick and easy. The charging base has molded-in places for all of the attachments (except the brush roll which I found slightly odd). Once it is assembled, I would highly recommend a full charge before using it the first time. Sliding the unit into the dock is foolproof and charging starts automatically. In use, the Wandvac is relatively quiet, it is very maneuverable and gets almost flat for getting under furniture and cabinets. The suction is impressive for such a compact vacuum and it easily picks up dog and human hair without clogging up the roller. Expect to fill the quite small dust bin on every use, mainly because it does such a good job at getting all the dirt off your floor, whether a solid surface, area rug, or carpet. (The dust bin is cleverly integrated into the vacuum in an almost elegant sort of way, if elegant is a word you can use when talking about a vacuum cleaner!) Here’s the fun part though—every time you put the vacuum on the charging base, it automatically dumps that small bin into a sealed one concealed in the base! It’s actually quite a nice feature. The bigger bin will probably hold enough for 15-20 self-emptying cycles before needed to be emptied itself. Battery life is consistent with other small stick vacs I’ve used—about 15 minutes—which is sufficient for most jobs. I like the fact that you can remove the wand and you have a handy and powerful hand vac that can really get into some tight or awkward spaces (like in a car), especially when using the small brush or crevice attachments. I have been impressed so far and hope it lasts as long as other Shark products I’ve owned in the past.

Perfect nightstand addition

I have been looking for a better solution for all of the tangled mass of cords and full outlets that have been cluttering my bedside and when I came across the Best Buy Essentials 3-in-1 charging station I was immediately sold. The base is just heavy enough to hold everything in place and not feel like the stand is top heavy or going to tip over when my phone is attached to the magsafe charging puck. At first I was afraid the overall size wouold be too large for my nightstand but it works perfectly. Once unboxed, add your original watch charging cord to the stand (the cord wrapping instructions are a little unclear at first but once you get it right there is plenty of room inside the base for the whole thing), plug in the power cable to the back and you are good to go. (Note that there is only a USB-A port inside the base for the watch charging cable, but there is a USB-A to USB-C adapter included in the box so you can use either cable.) The magnets in the phone stand align perfectly and hold strong enough to make me feel secure that my phone isn't going to fall off (I do have a magsafe case on my phone). the alignment for the Airpods doesn't seem finicky in the least and there is sufficient room for the larger case of the Airpods Pro. The watch puck can be folded up or down to suit your preference or watch band needs. Charging speed seems on par with other wireless charging mats I have used. Overall this is an elegant solution for my charging needs

Absolutely incredible sound

I have been putting the HTA3000 through the paces for a couple of weeks now and have to say that I have been blown away by the sound quality, clarity, and overall performance. First off, setup is parctically foolproof. After unboxing, connect via HDMI to the eARC on your TV and choose that input. From there, all you have to do is follow the on-screen instructions and you're up and running within minutes. I paired mine with the optional subwoofer and powered rear surrounds. During the setup process, the HTA3000 knew I had done so and led me through the setup of those speakers as well. It was amazing how this system did a "sound check" of the room to optimize the output to match the acoustics of the space. After the initial setup, I went in and did some fine tuning just to suit my preferences and wow! The 360 spatial sound is actually incredible. I thought it would be more of a gimmick, but I was quite wrong. The sound seems to be seemlessly coming from all around the room. Even at high volumes, dialogue and high treble sounds are clear with zero distortion. Add in Dolby Atmos or DTS:X and you are cooking with gas. With sound like this, it really feels like a movie theater experience. When streaming music (which is a cinch with Airplay or just direct Bluetooth connection) you get near concert-level performance. Again, crisp highs, deep lows, and all-over sound. I can't say enough good about this soundbar setup. I have had several others from competing brands and in my estimation, Sony has hit this one completely out of the park.

My wife and daughter are both in love with the Forea Luna Mini 2. They had been using facial cleaners from another well-known brand before trying this one out. Although they liked the way their old ones worked, the soft silicone of the Luna Mini and lack of a removeable head made this one a hands down winner. The cost saving on not having to buy replacement heads and the hassle of trying to make sure the head was clean and dry sold them pretty quickly. And instead of completely stripping out all of the oils like their other units, the Luna Mini gently cleanses and leaves their skin feeling fresh, clean, and supple. They both say the Luna Mini feels more like a massage than an abrasive scrubber but that it seems to work even better than their previous cleansers. The instructions are nonexistent but it’s not hard to figure out (and you can easily find some online if needed). The multiple vibration intensity levels (8 to be exact) lets you dial up exactly how aggressive you want the routine to be. And the three different bristles are tailored to specific parts of the face. The Luna Mini also lasts for many uses before having to be recharged which is a great bonus.

I got the Serta-Simmons mattress to replace an aging one in my guest bedroom. When it first arrived I opened the box, unwrapped the first layer of plastic wrap, the used the included cutter to easily remove the vacuum-sealed wrapper. I let it rise for a few hours as suggested and put it on the bed. It did not have any noticeable odor which was a big plus as I had guests coming that very evening. The next morning they absolutely raved about how comfortable this mattress was with one even noting her hips didn't hurt in the morning like they normally do on her own mattress. Intrigued, I slept in the guest room the next evening. I absolutely fell in love with it and ended up moving it to my master bedroom! It is supportive but not too firm and (perhaps its wishful thinking) it seemed to sleep "cooler" than my regular mattress even though that's not one of the advertised features. I now have three friends who have bought this same mattress, including the couple who slept on it the very first night it was out of the box! I would highly recommend.

NIce smart clock but with limitations

First off, I'm fully invested in the Alexa ecosystem. So when I saw the Lenovo smart clock had that capability built-in, I was all in. On opening the box, it was actually much smaller than I expected. Not tiny, but just not what I was really hoping for. Setup was easy enough using the Alexa app. Within just a few minutes it was recognized and added to my account. The sound isn't phenomenal which is to be expected by a unit this size. It's decent, but a little tinny. My biggest disappointment is that although it appears to be added to a multi-room music group, it simply will not play with the others. It does fine on its own, just not as part of a group. That may be an Amazon thing but it's a little frustrating to say the least. On the plus side, I like having the temperature displayed on my bedside and the alarms work quite well.

Long range detection and great features

I have been using the Radenso DS1 for a couple of weeks now and have been quite impressed with the range it can detect "threats" as compared to the older unit it replaced. On long stretches of interstate I have gotten warnings easily three times longer than before, giving me more than adequate time to check my speed. It seems to work equally as well for radar approaching from behind which has actually saved me twice already. This unit has tons of options for the display and the menu can seem daunting at first. However, spending just a few minutes digging around got it set to exactly the color and information to be displayed that I preferred (blue to match the interior lights, displaying time, speed, and direction of travel).The front facing mute button is large and easy to reach. I have used the mute button built into the plug when my wife or daughter is driving since they aren't used to having detectors in their vehicles. The warnings are clear and even include a visual and verbal indication of what band is being detected which can help sort out false alarms. The auto-lockout feature has been one of my absolute favorites though as I pass the same areas each day which give false alerts. The DS1 figures those out after three passes and will automatically mute the alert while showing the autolockout indicator on the display. The only two things I could possibly say negative about the DS1 are that the time does not automatically change when crossing into different time zones (which is odd considering it has built-in GPS) and if the sun is low in the sky behind you the display can be completely washed out and totally unusable. Those are minor gripes and neither is a reason to take a star away from the otherwise stellar performance of the DS1. I would also note the mounting bracket is relatively large and takes some getting used to but it holds better than any I've used in the past. When installing the first time, be sure to stretch the cord some if your plug is a fair distance away from the mounting location. Because the detector itself attaches magnetically to the windshield mount, the pressure from the cord can actually disengage it if you don't.

Nice and big, some drawbacks

First, I love the larger size of this heating pad compared to the others I have had in the past. It really covers a lot of space which is great if you have back aches like I do. The weight is sufficient, not overly heavy, and does provide a bit more calming effect than a normal heating pad would. I also appreciate the extra cord length because now I no longer have to find an extension cord to reach the bed from the nearest open outlet. The automatic shutoff is another nice addition.
Now for the drawbacks. The "massaging" function is a bit misleading. It doesn't massage; it vibrates. Some. And loudly. I didn't find this feature nearly as useful as I had hoped it would be. The vibrating units are also a bit large and become uncomfortable if they get in the wrong spot (like when you lay on the pad--even though the warnings specifically tell you not to do that!). To me, the massage is more of a gimmick which is disappointing. Also, I don't feel like this pad gets as warm as others and the steps between settings seem to offer only a negligible difference in heat.
For a step up from a small, basic heating pad, this is a decent one because of its large size and added weight. The overall usefulness and effectiveness are another thing altogether though. Might consider looking elsewhere if those are the selling points for you.

Excellent pain therapy

My wife suffers from chronic pain and I have lower back issues. We have use many different TENS units over the years for therapy and pain relief but this one from Beurer has to be the best one yet. First, the rechargeable battery is a welcome change from those using standard alkaline or removeable rechargeable batteries which require a separate charging solution. Just plug this guy in and the onboard charger does the rest. We have been able to get multiple sessions out of a single charge which is something none of our previous units have been able to accomplish. It has a multitude of built-in functions that are designed to give the most relief to specific target areas. While it has the ability for you to program your own routines into it, I haven't needed to do so yet as the factory settings have worked well for our needs. The heat function (which can be used in conjunction with or independently of the TENS shocks) is a welcome addition and something I haven't seen in this category previously. It is a gentle and soothing heat that really seems to amplify the pain relief capabilities. Having two different channels that can be controlled independently means you can hit two pain areas at the same time which is also a nice feature.

Good charging solution

After looking around a bit for a better way to charge my Google Nest Cameras than plugging each one in individually, I found this Wasserstein dual port charging station. Now, I can use one plug, leave it on my workbench, and never have to worry about looking for the right cord or power block again. I simply pop the camera off the mount, drop it into an open slot, and I'm good to go. Charging speeds seem to be as good or slightly better than direct plug in and I've yet to experience any errors or failures to charge. Simply put, it just works.

Does this clean hard floor surfaces as well?
It will if you purchase the optional hard surface roller and nozzle. Using the carpet roller won't work as the brushes won't come into enough contact with hard surfaces to clean properly. The set comes with two bottles of multi-surface cleaner and is relatively inexpensive.

Only in the dark from my experience. Any ambient light overpowers the low light output of the projector unfortunately.

How does this system work without the monthly monitoring. Can I get alerts on my phone without the monitoring?
Essentially, without the monitoring you have little more than a noise-maker. You cannot get alerts on your phone or otherwise "self-monitor" the system. If no one is home when an alarm sounds, you will have no way of knowing it happened. If a bad guy comes in, your only hope is that the noise will scare him away.

I'm restating my former question in a more direct manner, concerning damage to BASEBOARDS and WOOD Furniture legs not wood floors, by the side bristles on the Roomba. Did the side bristles cause damage to these areas?
I've got the 690 and haven't noticed issues with the bristles harming my baseboards or furniture legs. I would assume the 877 has similar bristles. Damage is much more likely from direct strikes by the body of the machine.
