Best tool for recovery and pain relief

I have been using the Hypervolt 2 Pro for a couple of weeks now and it has been an absolute game changer. I struggle with lower back pains often, especially after workouts. Using the Hypervolt has made recovering from those pains a substantially shorter process. In fact, last week I used it and it definitely saved me a trip to the chiropractor. The increased blood flow and deep tissue massage put everything back in order quickly and the pain was gone within a half hour.
My wife also suffers from chronic pain and we have been able to use this wonder to keep her pains from becoming debilitating. The battery life is more than sufficient to complete a therapy session for her and myself without coming close to needing a recharge. Being able to dial in the amount and intensity of beats means we can each have just the right amount of pressure and the easily interchangeable heads makes targeting the correct spots a breeze. A friend of mine who had shoulder surgery a couple of months back used it one day and was so impressed with the relief he got that he left here and went to buy his own!
I am a firm believer in the Hypervolt 2 Pro now and would recommend it to anyone who has pains from working out or from other muscle-related issues. The app even has preset modes you can use to target specific areas or as part of a warmup routine to keep later irritations at bay. In my opinion, you simply can't go wrong with this one!

This is my first Google Nest camera and definitely my last. I have had numerous cameras from other manufacturers that are more intuitive and simply work better. While there are certainly worse entries in this sphere out there, I'd take a pass on this one. First, setup for me was horrific because the Home app kept trying to find another Nest device to "get me online quicker" but instead cost me tons of time as it timed out at least 15 times. I finally figured out it was trying to connect to a Nest Protect which no longer exists in my house but I had never had a reason to delete from my Nest account. With that issue gone, I proceeded on. It still took several tries to get up and running...as though the Home app really wanted to find that old Protect.Once I got it online it was ok. Not great, just ok. Video and sound quality are decent. Motion alerts, while quite smart if you're willing to pay for the upgraded subscription package, seem to be hit or miss. There is no option for local storage and if you choose to not subscribe to the Nest Aware service, all you get is 3 hours of video storage. That amount is practically worthless since most people are out of their houses for at least 8 hours a day for work and sleep around that much too. So unless something happens in the other 8 hours or you happen to pull your camera up and see the bad stuff going down, there is absolutely no reason to have the camera record anything. One other irritation for me is that there is no way to turn off the LED status light. Not too stealthy for a "security" camera. I could likely go on and on but will leave it with a simple recommendation to skip this camera. At least until some updates in functionality come around.

The Bedgear Cosmo 2.0 is essentially two pillows in one with each side being noticeably different in firmness. It is advertised as a cooling pillow and I can certainly tell a big difference from my old one. I am a “hot” sleeper but since getting this pillow (and the moisture wicking sheets which are amazing!) there hasn’t been a single night I have woken up because of getting overheated. For context, this used to happen several times a week with my old set up. After hearing me go on and on about how I loved this pillow, my wife had to try it out. She loved it too…which meant I had to get a new one for me because she confiscated the one I already had, telling me I could wait for the UPS guy to bring the new one! Anyway, the ventilation seems to work great and keeps us both cooler. I was certainly skeptical of a pillow at this price point being able to live up to its own hype but I am thoroughly convinced now. I definitely recommend going to the Bedgear site and using their fit guide to be sure you order the right size.

Best sheets on the market

These have got to be the absolute best sheets I have ever owned or even slept on in my life. My wife and I both sleep “hot” even with the AC and a fan going. With the moisture wicking technology of these Bedgear sheets we are both noticeably cooler and feel more refreshed in the morning. They are silky soft and smooth and fit our deep pillowtop mattress like a glove. The wide band around the bottom of the fitted sheet makes sure it stays in place, night after night. The pillowcases have elastic retaining straps to help keep them from sliding off your pillow which is a nice added touch. I don’t think I can ever go back to “regular” sheets after feeling what a true “performance” sheet set feels like.

Good camera, lacks basic features

I recently got the myQ camera for my garage to replace a camera that was on its last legs. I already had a myQ garage door opener so I though the integration would be a great idea. It is, at least in theory. However, in execution, I have found this camera to be subpar compared to other offerings, mostly due to a very basic app. And there really is no integration, you just get the video feed through the myQ app...nothing more or less, even if you "link" your opener (which appears to do absolutely nothing). I like the ease of setup (took less than 5 minutes using prompts through the app and that included a required firmware update)) and the magnetic base which allows for placement directly on the opener or, in my case, a metal storage locker. The picture and sound quality are quite good. That's where the positives stop though. Load times through the app are insanely long, even with a strong wifi connection on both ends. After a free trial of the paid subscription service, it appears you only have access to the past three hours of activity and get no alerts. Seriously? Not even a full day? So if something happens overnight while you're asleep you will never have even a snapshot to review. If you want to set activity zones, look elsewhere. It's not even an option. Geofencing? Again, move along. Easily mute the excessive notifications? Nope. In this day and age of smart devices, these are some fairly basic features that should be included. Hopefully a future software or firmware update can enable some of these things, but I don;t expect to wait around to find out. I'm already looking for a replacement.

Eliminate tough dirt and grime with the cleaning power of steam. The BDXSMV190 controls easily switch between functions so you can vacuum and steam at the same time or separately. A large capacity dustbin and powerful steam boiler enable effective one step cleaning. Leave your home sparkling clean!

I have been using the Black and Decker steam mop for a few weeks and have come to absolutely love it. Once it’s all together, it’s just a matter of adding water or cleaning solution, plugging it in, and waiting less than 30 seconds. Tons of steam and so quiet it doesn’t wake my daughter even if she’s sleeping just a few feet away. I use it on tile and sealed hardwood floors. It doesn’t leave streaks and cleans like a champ. I rarely use the vacuum part of it unless there are larger crumbs or debris on the kitchen floor. That does make it considerably louder but that’s to be expected. The microfiber cleaning pad just pops right off and I throw it in the washer when it gets dirty. Super simple. I have tried it on carpets but I’m not a huge fan. The plastic piece that goes on the foot to convert to carpet doesn’t click into place so if you pick up the machine it just stays on the floor for you to pick up and move to the next place. Maybe mine is a dud but that part seems like a design flaw. I don’t ding my review because of that since the main reason I got the machine is to clean my hard surfaces. If you are in the market for an easy to start, push, scrub, and clean up steam mop, you can’t go wrong here.

Great add-on to my system

I needed another camera to add to my existing Arlo setup and decided to give the Essential a try. I already had several Pro 3's but didn't need the wireless and outdoor capabilities so this little guy fit the bill perfectly. After unboxing, I simply plugged it in and opened the app. It took about 2 minutes to get set up and I had zero issues. I used my existing bridge instead of direct wi-fi. Picture quality is very good and the motion detection works flawlessly. This camera comes with a free trial of the Arlo Smart suite of goodies but person and animal detection is all that I am using at the moment. Note though, the trial only works with this single camera, not any others you may have on your account. It has a privacy shutter that closes when the camera is off for added security and peace of mind. The status LED is quite bright but luckily it can easily be toggled off in the app so the camera is less intrusive. Overall, this is a decent camera with just enough features to make it usable but not overly burdensome on setup or daily use. If you want a standalone camera or are looking to expand your existing setup, you can't go wrong here.

Great drive for Xbox One

I got this little drive to expand the storage on my Xbox One S and really wasn't expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised to say the least. It has a small form factor so it's easily portable but has plenty of heft so you feel like it is well made. Setup is a snap...just plug it in, turn on your machine and follow the on-screen prompts to format it for your console (or computer I suppose). I had mine up and running in about 60 seconds. Transfer speeds are respectable and I have had no issues whatsoever with it. Now I can save the space on my internal drive for my frequently played games. If you're out of space, seriously consider the WD Black P10. I don't think you will be disappointed!

I've been using the new Soundcore Rave Partycast for a week or so and have been very impressed! We have had gatherings nearly every night and I never fail to get questions about this speaker. The lights get people's attention, but then the sound quality really grabs them. Although marketed as portable, the Rave is anything but small. It has quite a bit of heft and a sizable footprint. The built-in handle makes moving it a breeze though and being able to stand it on the end lets it take up less patio or deck space. The big size is accompanied by a lot of sound. I mean, this thing gets loud. But it stays clean at higher volumes. The waterproof design means I don't have to worry about kids splashing it at the pool or if the rain comes up unexpectedly. Overall, I really like this speaker and will definitely be getting more to utilize the linking feature to spread the sound to all corners of my property. I'm sure the neighbors will love me!

I have owned many different projectors over the years, several of which have been Epson. The Pro EX7280 exceeded even my heightened expectations based on my prior experiences with Epson. Initial setup is simple and intuitive which is important for me as I am using this projector in multiple different environments for presentations and Zoom meetings. Color rendition and picture resolution are far above average for a business projector. I have used this one at throw distances ranging from 5 to 12 feet. Obviously the farther away you are the dimmer the picture will be, but even at my usual 8-9 foot throw distance, the picture is bright and clear enough that doesn't get blown out by the harsh overhead lighting in our conference rooms. The built-in speaker is adequate for small rooms, but I tend to send the audio output to external speakers so all involved in meetings/presentations are able to hear clearly. On quiet mode, the fan is extremely quiet although not totally imperceptible. In normal mode, the fan noise is noticeable but not overpowering. I haven't tried streaming anything other than video conferences, but I could imagine movies would look pretty good using this projector. It won't be equivalent to a true home theater unit but that's not what the Pro EX7280 was designed to do. For a relatively portable business projector, I can't find any real faults with it and would highly recommend it if you are in the market.

Does this clean hard floor surfaces as well?
It will if you purchase the optional hard surface roller and nozzle. Using the carpet roller won't work as the brushes won't come into enough contact with hard surfaces to clean properly. The set comes with two bottles of multi-surface cleaner and is relatively inexpensive.

Only in the dark from my experience. Any ambient light overpowers the low light output of the projector unfortunately.

How does this system work without the monthly monitoring. Can I get alerts on my phone without the monitoring?
Essentially, without the monitoring you have little more than a noise-maker. You cannot get alerts on your phone or otherwise "self-monitor" the system. If no one is home when an alarm sounds, you will have no way of knowing it happened. If a bad guy comes in, your only hope is that the noise will scare him away.

I'm restating my former question in a more direct manner, concerning damage to BASEBOARDS and WOOD Furniture legs not wood floors, by the side bristles on the Roomba. Did the side bristles cause damage to these areas?
I've got the 690 and haven't noticed issues with the bristles harming my baseboards or furniture legs. I would assume the 877 has similar bristles. Damage is much more likely from direct strikes by the body of the machine.

Yes, you can stream from any Bluetooth device directly to the system. It also is Google Cast enabled if that fits your needs.
