Morning,
First no it wont help. went threw the same thing and all I was doing was adding a 2nd computer. Our computer guy worked for todays remotely and in my office and no matter what he did he couldn't get in to change anything or get it to work.
I finally called there tech support for help and they were rude and wanted to charge me a discounted price to help me even though it was brand new and tech support is free.
She said it was a 3rd party something and so that was no longer free. No its not I just purchased it and this computer is my personal computer where was she getting
what ever it was she was trying to charge me for.
You can try tech support however I don't recommending keeping that specific one.
I returned mine and purchased a different one and it has forked perfectly fine since it was turned on.
