Is the bag inside washable? I empty it each time but the bag is really dirty. Seems like it would diminish the suction.

We would like to inform you that the filter inside the dust cup for the Shark® Bagless Cordless Hand Vac is washable. To wash the filter, rinse with water only. Allow the filter to air-dry completely for at least 24 hours before putting it back in the vacuum.

My Shark pivots about 4" from the wall or an object before turning. Is there a way to adjust the settings so that it goes all the way to the wall for edge cleaning?

We would like to inform you that the Shark - ION™ 750 App-Controlled Robot Vacuum does not have an adjustable setting for how close it will get to your wall. The color of the wall or baseboards will determine how close the robot will get to the wall. For example, if the wall or baseboard is black, the robot would bump into it.

Does it work on hard wood floors?

This vacuum allows you to turn the brushroll off when using the Hard floor setting. With this being said, we recommend contacting the manufacturer of the flooring to verify compatibility.

Does the shark Ion vac remember the floor plan? If so, if I move couches, will it clean those areas now that they are open space?

How are the attachments supposed to fit on the vacuum. I’ve tried putting them in their labeled spot but they don’t sit very well. I imagine the labels aren’t completely correct? Did I do it right with the wand on the right, tool on left, leave 1 off?
