My shark 750 is about 6 mo this old now. In the last week it is getting stuck on height changes that never bothered it before (door jambs and carpets) I watched the video on how to clean all the sensor and wheels but that hasn’t really made a difference.

When I charge my vacuum it smells like burning plastic and starts smoking. Why is it doing this?

I can’t seem to empty it when I take the front off

We are happy to assist you with your inquiry about the Shark® Bagless Cordless Hand Vac. To empty the dust cup, press the dust cup release button and pull out the dust cup. Remove the dust cup filter to be able to empty the debris from the dust cup. If you would like you can rinse the dust cup filter in water. If you do this, let it dry completely before replacing it back into the dust cup. Do not wash it in a washing machine or use a hair-dryer or other forced air to dry it, air-dry only.

I love my Shark. Lately though all the pet hair has been getting caught in the Anti-Tangle Comb and not much dirt is in the dust bin. Anyone else have this problem and is there a solution?

How do you get shark ion to go straight when get to walls it doesn't clean in a straight line
