We recommend prepping your home prior to running the vacuum by removing all obstacles, such as loose power cords, clothes, toys, low-hanging drapes, and water. You can use the included BotBoundary™ strips to easily block off obstacles or areas you don't want your robot to enter.

I have my robot set to auto start at 10am . . I hear it trying to back up from charger but it never moves. I have to manually press clean away from charge port. Why am I getting an error message saying stuck on bumper?

How do I attach the white cleaning pad? It is the one with 2 strips of velcro that don't seem to attach to anything? HELP I am losing my mind with how to get that pad to work.

My shark ion has recently become very loud on carpet but normal on tile or hardwood. Is there anything I can do? Only had it about two months.
