We would like you to know that the Shark® Rotator® Professional Lift-Away® NV501 Bagless Upright Vacuum does not have a height adjustment. This great vacuum allows you to use the vacuum with the brushroll turned on or off. The vacuum also has a suction release valve. If you find that the vacuum is hard to maneuver on a high pile carpet, you can open the suction release to help with the maneuverability.
