I have a room that the Shark doesn’t enter. Can I do anything to “train” the shark to vacuum that particular room?

The Shark ION™ Robot 750 Vacuum uses Smart Sensor Technology to navigate your house, but it does so with random navigation. Every run will not be the same, and it will likely not cover your entire house on every run. Because of the randomness of the navigation, over time your robot will get different parts of your house. If you want your Shark ION™ Robot to clean certain portions of your house instead of others, you can start it from a different part of your house, or use Bot Boundaries strips to cordon off parts of your house.

Just purchased a shark ION robot RV700. Can I pick up the Shark and place it in the upstairs bedroom and manually hit the clean button without confusing the device for normal cleaning on the first floor?

We are happy to confirm that you can pick up the vacuum and use it in a different room. When you put it in the room you can press the Clean button on the vacuum to start it. This will not affect its cleaning on another floor.

How is it on floor and carpet edges without an attachment?
