what camcorders have HDMI output

That would be a pretty long list. Any camcorder that is HD would most likely have HDMI in either a full size or mini output port. If the video is shot in High Definition and there is no HDMI port for viewing there would be no need to shoot in HD because it couldn't' be viewed except on the camera screen.
A Standard Definition camcorder would not have a HDMI port. All HD camcorders should.

My Samsung LCD has power to it but not turning on or showing that it has power, what do I do? Can it be fixed, and who does that?

Could be the power module has gone bad. Check with your nearest BestBuy regarding servicing.

aftermarket telephoto lenses for a Nikon d40

Are the aftermarket lenses as good as the genuine Nikkor in the 55-200mm focal length???
I have shot with Tamron and Sigma lenses and have found them to be equal to if not better than the OEM stock lens usually sold with the camera.

say a samsung tv, will it work with a sony blu-ray player?
Pretty much. As long as the HDMI type is correct. There is HDMI 1.3a, 1.3b and 1.4.

Have a Nikon D60 need a good lens to shoot indoor volleyball...any suggestions?

A 200mm or 300mm zoom lens would be helpful to get the tight shots from across the court. It will also get you a softer depth of field (DOF) for subject separation.

tv in the U.A works everywhere?

Would U.S TV works in Ghana?
Ghana TV is:
Television standard - UHF: PAL G
Television standard - VHF: PAL B
Television broadcast stations: 10 (2001)

So the TV would have to have:
A analog tuner...and be PAL compatible.

Need camera comparable to Kodak Easyshare LS573

I am not very knowledgeable about cameras - except that I love my LS573! However, it has seen many rough days, been dropped several times, and is no longer working as well as it once did. I am hoping to find something comparable - but, I really don't know what the specifications of this camera are, but I see that Kodak no longer makes this particular model. Can you point me in the right direction? I am also trying to stay under $200, if possible. One thing that I LOVE about this camera is that it takes multiple pictures in a row very quickly, without my changing any settings. To be honest, I don't know the actual rate - just that it seems faster than my friends' cameras, and they all comment on it!
I wasn't able to find anything about a Kodak Easyshare LS573...but bib find a LS753.
The continuous shooting mode for the LS753 is 3fps (frames per second).
You could take a look at the Kodak - EasyShare M530.

Products from my answer
Kodak - EasyShare M530 12.2-Megapixel Digital Camera - Carbon
