Is the BD Player or the HDMI Cable?

I have a new Sony 52" 1080p TV, a PS3 and a Dynex HDMI A/V cable. However, when I watch blu-ray movies at home, the picture quality is not the same as the one I see being sampled at BBuy. Is it because of PS3 and/or the cable?
Both the Player and the TV have a menu setting for 1080p. The play should be set first because the TV may auto set for the signal it receives.
Consult your owners manual on the play for OUTPUT SETTINGS. Making sure to set it to 1080p. Using a HDMI cable from the player to the TV will be best.

How do I choosen the best camera for my needs?

I am a nail technician. I plan to use my camera to take pictures of my various nail designs and creations, most of my work is detailed and I need to capture the detial in my pics.....Please help!
These sort of photos would best be done with Macro type photography.
There are many cameras that d this sort of photos. Digital-SLR cameras with a Macro lens would be best ...but a bit pricey.
Many compact cameras have some macro capacity...the mode looks like a little flower symbol.
It would be best to go to your nearest BestBuy and try several cameras at the Demo area and see which one is easiest for you to use and gets the best results for your needs.

Best travel camcorder???

My fiance and I would like to have a camcorder passed around at our wedding reception for our guests to use at their leisure. I would also like to be able to take that same camcorder on our honeymoon - to Maui. I'm looking for something small enough to toss in my purse while traveling, but still be able to capture quality memories we will treasure and enjoy!! I was considering the Kodak Play Sport. Is this the right model for me??? Any other suggestions??
The Playsport would be a good choice due to it's rugged construction and water resistance.
Have a good trip and congratulations on your wedding.

COMPARE NIKON 5000 WITH D90

WHAT IS BEST AND ANY PROBLEMS WITH EITHER ONE
The D5000 has sometimes been referred to as a Upper-Entry Level camera.
The D90 is just touching into the semi-pro level of cameras.
There is some differences between the D90 and D5000. FPS (Frames Per Second) is slightly faster with the D90. Images in some cases are brighter and clearer on the D90. It would be lengthy to list all the differences here. If you are looking to advance in the Digital-SLR realm the D90 might grow with you better.
As to issues...there was a Power issue on the D5000. Do a Google search on "D5000 Power".

Does Best Buy sell wall units?

A wall unit that holds a TV with shelves on the side draws at the bottom to hold the cable box, Blue Ray player, Stereo System, dvd's, etc.
Yes...there are many to choose from. Search BestBuy for " furniture" and you will see the listings.

what is differnce between--upconvert to 1080p and HD 1080 output

Full HD is at 1080p (progressive)..up conversion is generally at 1080i (interlaced).
There is a slight difference in how the motion is perceived and this also affects the clarity of the image.

Do you have to buy a special DVD player if you have purchased a HD TV?

We recently bought a Samsung HD TV. We tried to watch a movie we just purchased and the clarity was not good at all. We would not even watch it. I do not think it is hooked up wrong.
Our DVD player is also a Samsung conbination DVD/VHS with DVD-V1000 but it is older
It would be best to get at least an up conversion DvD player with HDMI out put.
Although not near the level of Blu-Ray you will see a big difference.
There are many up conversion DvD players at reasonable prices.
To get the full potential of the TV a Blu-Ray would be best.

What is the model number of the wireless adapter for the Panasonic DMP-BD65 Blue Ray player?

Please don't tell me Best Buy doesn't sell them. I read somewhere on a forum(can't remember where) that there is a Linksys adapter for that. What do you know about a wireless adapter for this model Blue Ray player? By the way, it is a great BR disk player if you were wondering, I just wanna stream wirelessly.
The model number for the Panasonic adapter is the DY-WL10 Wireless Adapter.

Sony with Built-in wireless head phones

I have an old Sony 32" TV with
wireless headphones..
Work great ..but since lightning strike it has lines across screen,
Want to replace it with good 40-42" HDTV. With wireless if possible..

Do any new TV's have this built in wireless feature?
Have not been able to find any Sony HDTV with built in wireless headphones.
Another option is you can add wireless headphones to any TV. Do a search at BestBuy for them. There is a large selection to choose from.
