Will sigma lenses that fit an older Pentax zx-60 also fit a K10D?

The older lens probably used the "K" or sometimes called the "PK" mounting system developed by Pentax around 1975. The K10D uses the KAF2 mount system.
Because of the contact points on the body it is not very compatible with older "K" type lenses.

if a micro sd card is inserted into a DSLR will the camera operate slower??

There shouldn't be a speed reduction unless the micro sd is not rated type 6 or higher.

How can I use "fill flash?'

I have a DSLR, Nikon D-60 and often take pictures of people outdoors. In order to reduce/remove facial shadows, I like to use "fill flash" but frequently have a problem raising the flash.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
I'd be happy to help with this question...but I have a few questions.
Are you only using the flash that is built into he camera? Do yo have a external camera flash?
Sometimes in an outdoor setting the metering in the camera does not detect a low light enough condition to trigger the flash mode. One way to help this is to spot meter on the darker area in the scene.
Using a external flash attached to the camera will work better and is much stronger to overcome excessive shadows. Also try setting your camera to the "P" mode when using a external flash.

Looking for a small digital camera with 10X zoom, and a view finder in addtion to the LCD screen.

Of course the first answer would be a Digital-SLR. That being said...many of the Advanced Compact cameras have view finders in addition to a LCD screen, however it is still a LCD screen..just smaller. It is not like a Digital-SLR where you are looking directly through the lens.
Some compacts have a view finder that is slightly offset to the side of the lens giving you a slightly different view than what the final image will be.

need digitlal point-n-shoot-12 mgpixel-time and date stamp under $100

looking for a s imple digital camera at least 10-12 megapixels, time and date stamp and less than $100
There are quite a few cameras that will work in that prices range...too many to list here.
Some good ones to look at would be..Kodak, Casio and Polaroid.
The date and time are encoded in every photo and during printing you can choose to display.

what is best sports camcorder

Filming football from the stands. Need good quality at max zoom and stabilazation as some movment is required to follow the plays.
Look for a camcorder with a high optical zoom to avoid as much visual distortion as possible.
Sony has one of the best image stabilization with its Super Steady Shot.
It also might be best to go with a hard drive based camcorder for record lengths. Although Flash based systems also record long times it is easier to misplace a small memory card than it is a hard drive built into the camcorder.

Products from my answer
Sony - Handycam Digital Camcorder - 2.7" - Touchscreen LCD - CCD - Silver

I am buying my first DSLR. Which would be a better choice the Nikon D90 or the newer Canon Rebel T2i?

First off...either camera is a good choice. As to which one is better???
It has been said the D90 is a little better constructed.
The T2i is at 18mp vs the D90 at 12.3mp. This is a considerable jump and should weigh in heavily.
Canon does have more lens options.
If movie mode interests you the D90 only shots at 720p whereas the T2i is at full 1080.
The D90 has been on the market a bit longer than the T2i..however the T2i is a continuation of the very popular and reliable Rebel line.
The final choice has to be your...hope these little insights help.

What is Bokeh?

I hear this term all the time, what is it?
Bokeh refers to the blur that is seen in an image. DOF (Depth of Field) is how much focal length there is. Deep meaning a lot of distance is in focus and shallow meaning things get very blurry the farther from the lens.
Bokeh is another term for this but more in the way the blur is seen. Different lenses/aperture types cause the blur to take on a different look...from just a soft focus or little circles and shapes.
Some lenses are highly prized for their Bokeh ability like the Minolta 70-200mm lens known as the Beer Can.
There is a very nice article on Wikipedia about Bokeh.
