how to turn on a sony cyber shot dsc w150
well i have a charger for the battery. ive charged it and evreything but it wont turn on. ive tried using another battery and it still won turn on. what should i do to make it turn on again.
With fresh batteries in the camera try pressing and holding the power button for several seconds..around 10 and see if the camera turns on.
If not...and the camera is still under warranty you should send it in for servicing.

I am looking for a camera that can take quality photos up to 24" x 26:.
Most Digital-SLR cameras are already shooting at 39" x 59" at 72 ppi ( these numbers are based on average 12.1 megapixel APS-C sensor).
Full size sensor cameras and shooting in RAW format will greatly increase the ppi (pixels-per-inch) and also image size.

Camera without a long auto-focus
Looking for a camera without having to do the whole push down half way to focus and then shoot the picture
Some Digital-SLR cameras such as Sony have a feature,Eye-start Auto Focus, where as soon as the camera is held up to the eye it begins focusing and all you do is push the button all the way down.

Not looking for any bells and whistles just a camcor I can record children's theatre troupe stage productions with and copy on to dvd for distribution
Any of the Hard Drive camcorders would be a good choice. Use of the Hard Drive over tape based will give you much longer record time. Sony camcorders have a tendency to be a little better in low light situations and also have a very good Steady shot feature.

I have a JVC Everio Hard Disk Camcorder. I have no other accessories for it but one battery. What else do I need to make it work?
I also have a JVC Everio Hard Disk Camcorder.
There is a slider switch on the side to open the lens cover, it must be opened manually. Open it and the LCD screen and push and HOLD the power button for 2 seconds or more. The camera wont turn on by just taping the power button.
You'll also need the power adapter to connect to the camera to charge it. Some JVC Everio Hard Disk Camcorders also use a docking station to connect to a computer for firewire connection for editing.
You will also need a A/V cable (Audio Video) if you and to connect to a TV.

how do i view pics from my camera's memory stick thru' my digital photo frame if the frame does not have a slot for that stick?
If the photo frame has any internal memory you can copy the pictures to your computer and then connect the photo frame to the computer and transfer them to the frame's memory.
The next option is to get compatible memory for the frame and do the same steps above and copy the pictures to the memory that works in the frame.
