The E is for their entry level models, and the M is for their mid-range models. The M models have more active dimming zones than the E models, as well as a higher effective refresh rate. The apps and things of that nature should be pretty much the same.

From what I've learned through research the E class is more of a basic model vs. The M class which is a mid grade quality TV. And by basic and Mid grade, I mean picture quality and apps. Things of that nature.

Yes. A two sided remote to be exact. QWERTY keyboard on the back and standard TV remote on the front, with dedicated buttons for 3 apps: Netflix, Amazon and iHeart Radio. The TV side of the remote also has the regular play, pause, fast forward and rewind buttons you would need to watch on apps such as Netflix.

YES! And quite a fine one. Good balance and a QWERTY keyboard on the back. I thought it might feel weird but you don't notice it. The placement of the keys is convenient for use even in the dark.

Yes, the remote is pretty cool. It has a full keyboard on the bottom to make it really easy to enter information like email addresses or to search for titles on Netflix or Prime Video.

Yes. It should pick up your wifi very easily. Once I plugged it in, the tv set up process automatically found the signal and prompted me for the security key. Once that's entered you're good to go on the web.

I live in Central Maine and I get ABC/NBC/CBS/PBS/FOX so about 18 channels just fine, stations are about 60miles away w/ a 1987 Radio Shack Antenna... No problems.

How to connect Wireless Internet?

When I tried to connect my TV with existing Wifi network, it could not detect the network. I tried to follow the process of Hidden Network, still it did not work. I am using Netgear WGR614V10 Router and carrier is Charter. Please let me know whether this router is compatible.

I initially had problems w/ my Belkin F5D8236-4 v3000 Router which is an N type router... turns out after I did a firmware update on the router it worked just fine... so before you point to the TV try a friend/relative's router or go back to the store and have them check it there...

The router is ok. The problem is security. You must use WPA2PSK with AES, DO NOT USE the combo WPA/WPA2 setting, many devices get confused and won't work properly

Yes I have the same tv and router just make sure the
TV is close enough to the router . It did take a few attempts to get it connected. It took about 10 min to get it to connect .

I have mine through Charter also. All I had to do was

put in my network password and it was done = running.

I have had several Vizio tvs and never have had this issue. Even with smart volume the commercials are still a little louder then everything else but that's the provider for ya!

I have seen it on a couple of shows (TV) but not all of them. I almost think that it's so high def you see all the camera movements, jerky and everything, so if the show has a slight delay you will notice it. I haven't noticed it on any movies though. Hope this helps.

Very rarely, I was told this is caused from HDMI connections, hopefully they will send a fix out soon. In the mean while I just change channels and go back.

The only time I have seen this issue is when I have used my DVR. My cable signal is weak and when the picture starts tiling, I just hit stop and resume and it sync's back up. I don't think its the TV, just my cable provider. I have never had this problem when watching regular TV or a DVD.

10' is not too bad. That's about where ours is. The sound comes from the bottom & we have it in an entertainment center. It's hard to get used to b/c our other TV had speakers on the front. I think this TV sound would be better if it was on a wall or had a sound bar
