It works with Windows 10. It also works with gaming systems and home theater systems.

I program using Windows 10 and control ps3 and an xbox 360. Should not be a problem if you use the Logitech Harmony software from their site.

The codes are loaded off the web. So check there. I only have Apple devices. Should work fine with Bose as my other Harmony remote can control the Bose speaker system I have.

Worked a charm with Windows 10 for me. Can't speak to the others, but I will say it worked amazing with my Denon system when no others did, so I'd be pretty confident it would work fine with Bose systems.

The figures are compatible with all other gaming systems i.e. PlayStation 3 and 4, Xbox 360 and One, PC and Wii and Wii U. I'm not sure how you would be able to use this with a Bose system.

Skipping forward and backward is done by holding the fast forward and rewind button for 1-2seconds.

Paging through your guide is done with the channel up and down. The directional pad moves up and down one channel at a time while in the guide.

You can also customize buttons. There is a lot of flexibility. I recommend getting the one with the separate transmitter. It works with an app on your phone and is easier to set up with your phone. Remote automatically updates changes made with your phone. I started with the cheap remote and then the keyboard. I added this one later so o could control more than 8 devises. But if you don't need that the cheaper remote without the screen is just fine. I use my phone a lot anyway.

The "advance" function on the touch screen will help skip through commercials. The "page up" or "page down" will help you scroll through the guide. I have Comcast DVR.

The ff and rw buttons can be programmed to do both actually. I have mine set up as a quick press is a skip forward or skip back and a long press and hold is a full fast forward or rewind. Hope this helps!

there is not a 30 second skip but there are several speeds of FF or RW and also a touch screen you can swipe with. To page up or down in guide use the channel up/down.

There are buttons at the top of the remote to fastforward and reverse. To channel up or down on the remote, use the button that has the "ch" on it.

Right below off button you have 2 arrows on left for backwoods to rewind 1 arrow to stop 2 arrows on right to fast forward

You should be able to program one of the screen buttons to do exactly that. May have to use the original remote (or may not).

Long press on FF to skip....up/down on the diamond shaped button around the OK to page up n down. You can also program buttons to do whatever you want

You can program any button to do any function using the PC/Mac companion app

Mine did not come with the hub. Instead I installed an IR Repeater in the wall next to my TV and passed the wires through the wall to the cabinet around the corner (out of line of sight).

Not sure what you mean by hub, but the remote comes with the charging cradle only. You need to have direct line of site for the remote to work.

Yes, it'ss a universal remote that will control all of your components in one...that actually works all commands on all of them (at least I haven't had anything yet it doesn't work and we have/have had a slew of components), no more needing a handful of remotes on hand and it can be programmed to do all kinds of commands, batch series of commands, etc. Highly recommend the Harmony Touch 15!

Most cable boxes are able to be controlled by Harmony remotes. You just have to check the manufacturer of the cable box.

I can't say for sure about yours, but my DirecTV box, Sound Box and Sharp TV are ALL controlled by this remote.

No. This is a full functioning stand alone remote equipped with infrared, Bluetooth and RF transmission. The hub is require to communicate with your system when equipment is not in line of site or behind doors. Also the hub allows system control via cellular device.

No the charging base only operates as a charger for the remote. You do have to return your remote to the charging base almost daily which for me is not convenient.

It's LCD screen is actually a touch screen and has a button in the lower right of the screen that you touch and then it brings up additional options, one of which is the help button. I used to use a Harmony 880, similar to the 900, and the new one works the same way, although it does offer more features and responds faster.
